[Norfolk, VA] – Lincoln Military Housing (LMH) today announced that an additional 25 service technicians will remain onsite in Hampton Roads for at least the first several weeks of 2012. These crews of maintenance service experts were called in from across the United States to immediately implement the Eight Point Action Plan the company is taking to completely address maintenance concerns and better communicate with residents.

“We have had between 15 and 25 additional maintenance experts working tirelessly, straight through the holidays to address maintenance concerns as quickly as possible” Jarl Bliss, President of Lincoln Military Housing, said. “We are making progress, but know we have more work to accomplish, so our additional maintenance teams will continue to be onsite in Hampton Roads until all repairs are completed.”

The Lincoln team, in partnership with the Navy, has deployed a task force of special maintenance teams to conduct inspections of all Hampton Roads homes.

“Providing for the care and comfort of our residents is our first priority and our unwavering commitment,” Bliss continued. “We are fully implementing the Eight Point Action Plan and these additional maintenance teams will remain on the ground until the job is done.”

The additional service teams, as well the existing Lincoln teams, have been working to address resident issues during the holidays and will continue their efforts into the New Year. If any Lincoln resident would like to report maintenance needs or other concerns, they are encouraged to call toll-free at 1-888-578-4141 or online at http://www.lincolnmilitary.com.
