Resident Care

At Lincoln Military Housing the care and comfort of our residents is our first priority. We are committed to providing military families with homes that are safe and provide a standard of living that our service members and their families deserve. We continually work to improve our properties and increase the quality of life for those who live in our communities.

We are in the process of implementing a program to enhance our services to our residents. A comprehensive maintenance review and remedy program at all Lincoln Military Housing in the Hampton Roads region is currently underway. Concurrent with this review, we reaffirm our commitment to communicate with our residents directly and more effectively.

All service requests we receive will continue to be addressed with rapid and quality service. Our standard for prompt response times include:

  • Thirty (30) minutes for emergencies.
  • Four (4) hours for urgent requests.
  • All routine requests within a day.

Given our teams’ training and commitment to serving you, I know that all maintenance issues will continue to be addressed promptly and completely.

We have high and improving customer satisfaction rating and are proud of how accessible we are and the speed with which we respond to calls for service, but we will not be satisfied until it reaches 100 percent. In partnership with the Navy, our promise is to you – our residents.
